At Nativa Alliance Youth Corps, the safety and well-being of our members is our highest priority. We are committed to creating a safe, respectful, and supportive environment where young people can learn, grow, and develop leadership skills with confidence.

Safe & Supportive Environment

Nativa Alliance Youth Corps strives to create a positive atmosphere where youth feel respected, valued, and encouraged. Our programs promote teamwork, respect, responsibility, and positive character development.

Members are expected to treat one another with kindness and respect while participating in activities that support personal growth and community engagement.

Adult Supervision & Guidance

Youth activities are guided by mentors, volunteers, and program leaders who provide supervision, mentorship, and support during programs and events. Our leadership team works to ensure that activities are organized, structured, and appropriate for each age group.

Respect & Positive Conduct

All members are expected to follow guidelines that promote respectful behavior and positive participation. Bullying, harassment, discrimination, or unsafe behavior is not tolerated within Nativa Alliance Youth Corps programs.

Our goal is to create a welcoming environment where youth from all backgrounds feel safe and supported.

Parental Involvement

Parents and guardians play an important role in supporting youth development. We encourage families to stay informed about program activities and participate in community events and learning opportunities.

Open communication between families and program leaders helps ensure that youth receive the support and guidance they need.
