Youth Divisions
Nativa Alliance Youth Corps is designed to support youth at different stages of growth and development. Our program is organized into divisions based on age so that members can learn, build skills, and develop leadership abilities alongside peers in their age group.
Each division focuses on age-appropriate activities that encourage learning, teamwork, personal responsibility, and community engagement.
Junior Corps (Ages 5–9)
Junior Corps introduces young members to the foundations of teamwork, respect, and positive values. Youth participate in fun learning activities that encourage creativity, cooperation, and curiosity. Members begin building confidence through games, simple projects, and community participation.
Explorer Corps (Ages 10–13)
Explorer Corps members begin developing stronger leadership and teamwork skills. Youth explore new interests through educational activities, cultural learning, skill development, and hands-on projects. This stage focuses on building confidence, responsibility, and curiosity about the world.
Pathfinder Corps (Ages 14–16)
Pathfinder Corps helps youth develop independence and leadership abilities. Members participate in community service, career exploration, mentorship opportunities, and more advanced learning activities. Youth begin taking on greater responsibilities and learning how to guide projects and support younger members.
Leaders in Training (Ages 16–18)
Leaders in Training prepares older youth to become mentors and future leaders. Members develop advanced leadership skills, assist with mentoring younger participants, and participate in career readiness programs, leadership workshops, and community initiatives.
Each division allows youth to grow at their own pace while building skills that prepare them for leadership, education, and future opportunities.
Through these divisions, Nativa Alliance Youth Corps creates a supportive pathway where youth can develop confidence, character, and lifelong leadership abilities.
